2002 – 2003

Season 2002 – 2003 saw phase two of the clubs development programme with age bands 94’s & 95’s being formed and more importantly our Academy was launched for children born in 1996 & 1997.  This initiative would ensure the clubs sustainability as teams are brought through each season.

Our 89’s prospered in this season, this was kick-off by winning the Inter Sports Council Soccer Festival, representing Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Area Sports Council.  This was followed up later that season with a superb clean sweep of domestic trophies winning the CKDY League, Condorrat Cup, League Cup & Knock-Out Cup, a magnificent achievement.

Our annual European tour saw our 88’s & 90’s visit Belgium to participate in the Euro-Cup Tornooi, Hamont.

The Club was once again being noticed with two players from our 90’s squad stepping up to join pro club Partick Thistle.
